10 Things You Can Do to Offset a Bad Day

 If you are having a bad day. Here are a few things you could do to raise your frequency and renew your mind body and spirit.

  1. Take a detox bath

    A detox bath is a good way to remove toxins from your body. Get you some Epsom salt and your favorite essential oil.

  2. Breath Deeply

    There are many benefits, it lowers your heart rate, regulates blood pressure, and helps you relax, all of which help decrease how much of the stress hormone cortisol is released into your body.

  3. Exercise

    This one will energize and renew your mind , by raising your heart rate and increasing blood flow to your brain.

  4. Go for a long walk

    This one is one of my favorites, taking a nature walk. It can clear your mind and renew your spirit.

  5. Write five things you love about yourself

    Before your mind becomes chaotic, take stock of your life. Remind yourself how beautiful, smart and loving you can be. Find some compassion for yourself.

  6. Get a massage

    Nothing like receiving a massage to release tension. Go get that 20 minutes massage .

  7. Plan a spa day

     Take a few friends or go by yourself and get a facial, a manicure and pedicure. Make a day of it!

  8. Listen to your favorite music

    What kind of music gets you in a relaxed mood, whatever it is create your playlist and rock on.

  9. Plan a getaway

    A getaway dosen’t have to be a flight. It can be a bed and breakfast , or a nice hotel in your state. You don’t have to break the bank.

  10. Buy yourself some flowers

    It’s something about flowers that brighten up your day. You can’t lose with roses.
