Delicious Smoothie

This Isand Sunrise Smoothie will refresh your spirit. One of my favorite smoothie recipes. The Papayes are full of potassium just what you need after your morning workout. The benefits of this delicious drink helps you avoid muscle cramps and helps keep your blood pressure on an even keel.

2 Cups chopped papaya

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

Pinch of salt

1 cup frozen cubed mango

1 cup frozen strawberries
